There have recently been reports that quarterback Terrelle Pryor does not have a guaranteed roster spot on the Oakland Raiders in 2014, so the recent rumors and speculation come as no real surprise.

According to the latest buzz from Steve Corkran of the Contra Costa Times, the Raiders will be willing to “listen to offers” for Pryor during the offseason.

The Raiders are hoping to get more consistent play from the quarterback position next season and Pryor has proven that he struggles to do so.

It was also recently reported by CSN Bay Area’s Scott Bair that it is “very clear (he) doesn’t have a future as a quarterback (in Oakland).”

If the Raiders decide to move Pryor, they could look to draft a young quarterback early in the 2014 NFL Draft.

Matt McGloin is the other quarterback on the Raiders roster, but he was an undrafted free agent in 2013 and the team can certainly upgrade.
