Nobody wanted to trade for Orlando Magic big man Glen ‘Big Baby’ Davis at the deadline, but after being bought out and waived, there is considerable interest from two teams in signing Davis for the second half of the season. According to Adrian Wojnarowski from Yahoo! Sports, the Brooklyn Nets and Los Angeles Clippers are duking it out to see how will sign Davis this week.

We already knew that the Nets were interested, but the Clippers are continuing to mount their interest in Davis and are neck-and-neck with Brooklyn when it comes to a landing spot for the big man. There are pros and cons on each end as while the Clippers are better than the Nets, Brooklyn plays in terrible conference and boasts a roster of former teammates of Davis.

It could go either way at this point and may all come down to who offers the most money for Davis without overpaying to get him.
