Snoop Dog wants Raiders to keep Terrelle Pryor

Hip-hop star Snoop Dog is a big fan of the Oakland Raiders, so why wouldn’t you ask him his thoughts on the team’s quarterback situation? Well, that is exactly what the folks at Bleacher Report decided to do when they caught up with him in Indianapolis at the 2014 NFL Scouting Combine.

Snoop was asked what he thought the team should do with Terrelle Pryor and whether or not the team should draft a quarterback early in the draft, but he seems thrilled with Pryor as a player and wants to see him continue running the show.

Instead of trading away or releasing Pryor, Snoop wants to see the team add some weapons on the offensive and defensive side of the ball.

Of course, this is just the advice of a hip-hop artist and not a football mind, so think of it what you will.

You can find the entire interview here.

If you are a Raiders fan, would you like to see the front office listen to Pryor or would you prefer to see the team look in a different direction? Sound off in the comments section below with your thoughts.

a 2nd rate rapper wants us to keep a 3rd rate QB no thanks….3 years to develop and can’t even beat out a UNDRAFTED rook QB…. Nope good by Pryor hopefully door doesn’t hit you too hard on the way out… When are the raider going to stop going after “freak athlete” QBs like Russell and Pryor and try to find a real NFL Caliber kind of guy???

He wasnt WANTED BY HUE & ESPECIALLY BIASED AZZ DA. He hasn’t had NO TIME TO DEVELOP BEING THE 3rd team or backup every yr entering preseason.

Give him a fair chance like QB’s like Kap, Cam & RW HAVE HAD, then u can JUDGE.

  • Jaime Olguin

He is not Raider Nation I’ve seen him with seagulls jerseys on, you would never catch a raider fan wearing the
    enemies stuff,

Pryor was the reason I actually went to a couple games last season, even bought season fix for 2014. It would be sad to see him go when the roof is so high for this young hof

  • tpfan

pryor was benched so the team would have a better draft position.

  • nomoreseasontix

Who cares what Snoop Diggity Dog wants? We’ve seen Pryor’s game at QB… It ain’t gonna happen.
Run around in circles and take a 20yd loss? 4th and 49 in KC ring any bells?
He’s a great athlete, but a crappy QB. He doesn’t want to switch to wide receiver so he’s gotta go.
I just hope there’s trade value left. His value was higher before they played him so much.
