The Danny Granger saga may be finally coming to an end as the former Pacers star has reportedly decided to sign with the Los Angeles Clippers. After a brief layover in Philadelphia, the 76ers bought out Granger this week and he has now decided that he’s taking his talents to Los Angeles to join up with the Clippers.

This is significant for a number of reasons, not the least of which is the fact that the Clippers are now the Los Angeles destination and not the Lakers. Granger choosing the Clippers means that the Heat have lost out on a veteran talent and will be focusing even harder on signing Caron Butler before he too is scooped up.

Los Angeles now seems loaded enough to make a deep playoff run, and another early exit from the postseason will be an even bigger disaster now. They signed Glen Davis last week and adding Granger this week means the Clippers roster is overflowing with playoff talent.
