Without question, you can see with every harsh Los Angeles Lakers loss this season, injured star–and future hall of famer–Kobe Bryant is just relishing at the chance to get back on that court and put his franchise back on the right track. Seeing the Lakers suffer is twice as hard on him having to sit there and watch than it is to any fan.

During a recent radio appearance in Los Angeles, though, Bryant made it abundantly clear that when he does come back, it won’t be pretty for all of those that are using this Lakers team as the butt of their jokes.

"Jeff G.: You just signed a two-year deal…talk about what that means to you and what the fans can expect the last two years from Kobe.Kobe: This year, we all know it’s been a real tough year for us right? So what I’d like everybody to do is to really just sit back and just absorb this year. Take it all in. Sit back and watch and listen and hear all the hate that’s being thrown at us and remember every person that’s kicking you when you’re down because next year it ain’t gunna be this way.Appreciate it now. Let it sit in now, because revenge is sweet and it’s quick."

That was a small transcript of the interview Kobe had with Jeff G. The Sports Dude, and shows that he has not lost one ounce of that intensity.
