At this point, it’s become all but a foregone conclusion that Michal Vick will not be with the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2014 season. But, that’s not to say it won’t be hard for him to find a new home in his NFL career. When you have players like Adrian Peterson lobbying for you, that’s a fact. However, as Ian Rapoport of NFL.com stated, Vick landing in Minnesota is a long shot, but, it’s a little more possible that he lands with either the Buffalo Bills or Oakland Raiders.

"NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Thursday that the Jacksonville Jaguars are among the clubs interested in the veteran quarterback, according to a source informed of the team’s thinking. Rapoport reports the Buffalo Bills and Oakland Raiders are also options for Vick."

If Vick wants to start right away, as he’s stated he wants to before, then Oakland might be the best option for him. With the uncertainties surrounding both  Matt McGloin and Terrelle Pryor as to whether or not one of them is the long-term starter for the franchise, Vick’s experience could buy them some time.

The Bills, on the other hand, seem pretty sold on the notion that last year’s first-round draft pick, EJ Manuel, is their guy for the long haul, making it a little bit more difficult for Vick to jump in under center right away.
