Jimmy Butler officially graduated from rising star to basketball god on Sunday afternoon against the Miami Heat. Not only did he hold his own the entire game against the best player in the NBA, but he turned in one of the plays of the year in the final moments of the game.

After coming back from 12-points down, the Heat had the ball on the last possession of regulation and they gave it to the best guy on the court. But while LeBron is always the best player on the court, he wasn’t the best player for a single moment, as Butler snuck in and stripped his would-be game-winning shot clean.

The Bulls are turning into a dominant force in the Eastern Conference and it’s surprising everyone. While before today they were a team missing their superstar, they’ve officially put the entire NBA on notice. They say the Bulls make you earn a win against them and on Sunday they didn’t let the Heat earn anything other than a trip back to Miami, clocked in dissapointment.
