Buffalo Bills’ defensive lineman Alex Carrington has been very busy since free agency started.

He has already visited both the Cleveland Browns and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Carrington has lined up two more visits, going to Oakland to check out the Raiders on Sunday and then heading to St. Louis to see the Rams.

Carrington was originally drafted by the Bills with the 72nd overall pick of the third round in the 2010 NFL Draft. The Arkansas State product had trouble making much of an impact in his first season, making just eight tackles in nine games. By the time his second season came around, he was a regular contributor, playing in all 16 games.

Last season, he finished with 10 tackles in just three games after tearing his quad tendon.
