Steve Smith trying to find devastated young Panthers fan

A video made the rounds on the internet of a young Carolina Panthers fan who was devastated to learn that Steve Smith was no longer on the team. The young kid can’t hold back tears as he declares that he doesn’t even want to have a favorite team anymore, though if he loved Smith so much he could follow him to the Baltimore Ravens.
Nevertheless, Steve Smith is looking to find the kid. Presumably to thank him for the support and maybe explain that everything is going to be ok, a pretty stand up move.
So if anyone has any info, help Smith out.
