Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay was arrested on Sunday night and charged with four felony counts of possession of a controlled substance. He is still currently under arrest and is expected to be released later this afternoon.

The Colts have since released a statement, via the Baltimore Sun’s Aaron Wilson.
