Colts release statement on Jim Irsay arrest

Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay was arrested on Sunday night and charged with four felony counts of possession of a controlled substance. He is still currently under arrest and is expected to be released later this afternoon.

The Colts have since released a statement, via the Baltimore Sun’s Aaron Wilson.
Colts on Jim Irsay: 'We are gathering information at this time regarding last night’s incident involving Jim Irsay.'

The NFL could discipline Irsay as well.
