It’s been a rough morning for Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay, who was arrested on charges of possessing a controlled substance and taken to jail Monday morning. While the details of the entire arrest are still trickling in, video of an arrested and handcuffed Irsay being taken into jail has surfaced thanks to the Indianapolis-Star.

The video doesn’t show Irsay getting arrested, nor does it show him telling any part of his side of the story, but we do see a portrait of a troubled man who realizes he’s not in a good situation.

We still don’t know the full story, but it’s clear that Irsay is in a lot of trouble that the league won’t let him buy his way out of. While there is strict policy against players committing such actions as Irsay did, it’s likely that the NFL and Roger Goodell will hold Irsay even higher and bring the hammer down even harder given his position with the Colts.

Goodell gets hot and bothered when players do stupid and illegal things, so you can imagine how red in the face he is over the owner of a team acting the same way.
