One name that isn’t too familiar among college basketball fans made his intentions known regarding the NBA Draft on Monday.

According to Jonathan Givony of Draft Express, point guard Vailije Micic, who is from Kraljevo, Serbia, has declared for this summer’s draft per his agent, Misko Raznatovic.

The 6’4, 188-pound Micic obviously has fantastic size of a point guard and is still just 2o years old. Draft Express ranks him as the 41st best draft eligible prospect and currently has him being selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers (from the Orlando Magic in exchange for former Magic forward Justin Harper) with the the third pick of the second round.

Draft Express has an excellent note about Micic and Oklahoma State Cowboys’ guard Marcus Smart.

"Micic had an outstanding summer, leading Serbia to a second place finish at the U19 World Championship (highlights), where he more than held his own against Marcus Smart and USA Basketball, and then earned a place on the senior national team. Serbia finished in seventh place, good enough to qualify for the 2014 World Championship in Spain, with Micic seeing solid playing time as the team’s backup point guard."

The NBA draft will take place on Thursday, June 26.
