The Oakland Raiders once looked like a possible destination for Terrelle Pryor’s NFL career but he’s a man living in someone else’s home at this point. The keys used to be his, but he’s been knocked down the pecking order thanks to Matt Schaub and Matt McGloin, and something is going to happen.
According to a couple of different reports, the Raiders are expected to either cut or release Pryor in the near future, with the quarterback reportedly talking with his agent about requesting a transaction of some sort.
Asked Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie about Terrelle Pryor's future with the team and McKenzie suggested Pryor could be traded or released soon.

There are conflicting reports about that last tweet, as some are saying Pryor wants a trade, but requesting a release seems to make more sense. A trade would help the Raiders and limit Pryor’s say in the matter. He owes the Raiders nothing and would likely not be willing to help them out by asking for a trade.
