When the Oakland Raiders pulled the trigger on bringing in former Houston Texans QB Matt Schaub earlier this week, it was immediately understood that he would now be the definitive starter over Matt McGloin, and of course Terrelle Pryor. Now, according to Fox Sports, Pryor is asking the team for a trade because of this, not a release as was originally reported on Monday.

Either way, it appears as if Pryor will not be with the Raiders this season, and he might actually have a valid reason for wanting to move on. Even with the struggles that he showed on the field, he also showed signs of being able to run an NFL offense, and run it to success at times.
With the influx of the spread offenses in the NFL recently, there would definitely be some suitors out there for Pryor, the only thing now is what the Raiders would set the asking price at.
