Currently at the moment, you can make the case that Houston Rockets star Dwight Howard is the biggest star in the city of Houston. But that still doesn’t mean that he wouldn’t welcome some company if the Houston Texans of the NFL were to use their first pick in the upcoming NFL Draft on one of the biggest stars coming out of college, Jadeveon Clowney.

Recently after a Rockets game that Clowney attended, Howard got together with the ferocious defensive end in the locker room and he made his own pitch for his city’s NFL team to grab the three-year South Carolina stud.

Dwight is right about one thing: the city would certainly be on fire if the Texans were to draft the best defensive end that anyone has seen come out in years.

Right now, though, there’s some stiff competition for that top spot as there’s a chance that one of the three quarterbacks could be taken as well.

But if Howard had his say, he’d be sitting in Reliant Stadium this fall watching the Beast.
