NFL tabled the discussion of putting cameras on the goal line and boundaries

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, who loves cameras (yes that is a spygate joke) proposed adding cameras on the goal line and boundaries. The NFL has decided to table that discussion to be revisited at a later point.

It is a good idea in theory but would it really help officials determine where a ball was in a pile as players fight for first down or to get across the goal line. There would be a lot of bodies in the way interfering with the sightline of these cameras.
