The talk lately has been surrounding talks between Jones-Drew and the Pittsburgh Steelers, but a move out to Oakland would make significant sense as well, taking a little of the pressure off the injury-riddled Darren McFadden in regards to producing out of the backfield.
Latest reports have him looking for something in the area of $3.5 million per year, which is certainly seen as a possibility by some and we know that the Raiders organization has never been bashful about shelling out money to top offensive pieces.
With a two-day visit, there’s a good chance that the two could come out of the weekend with a deal in place.
