Golden State Warriors center Andrew Bogut will be out of the lineup four-to-seven days with a groin injury, according to Yahoo Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski, via SI.com.
Bogut had an MRI on Saturday on a bruised pelvis he suffered Friday night in Golden State’s 100-93 win over the Memphis Grizzlies. Doctors examining Bogut said he should be able to return in about a week, possibly longer depending on how rehab of the injury goes.
The initial expectation is that Bogut could be sidelined 4-to-7 days, but return is dependent on how he responds to treatment, sources say.

With Andrew Bogut expected to be out several days, Golden State will sign D-League's Hilton Armstrong to a 10-day deal, sources tell Yahoo.

As tweeted by Wojnarowski, the Warriors have signed Hilton Armstrong to a 10-day contract to fill the void while Bogut is on the shelf.
This is a tough blow for Golden State, who are in the midst of a tight battle for playoff seeding. The Warriors are currently one game back of the 5th seeded Portland Trail Blazers and only two games ahead of the Dallas Mavericks, who sit 9th in the Western Conference standings.
A swing of a few games in the wrong direction could have the Warriors on the outside looking in for a playoff spot.
