The NFL Draft is just around the corner and teams are starting to hammer out workouts and visits for some of the top prospects int he draft. While he’s not the top prospect in the draft nor at his position, TCU cornerback Jason Verrett looks to be a first-round pick and is visiting three teams who could make that happen next month.

According to Alex Marvez from FOXSports.com, the Pittsburgh Steelers, New York Jets and Arizona Cardinals will all be meeting with Verrett at various points over the next week.

Verrett is behind both Daequeze Dennard and Justin Gilbert in terms of the top prospects at his position but he’s still expected to go rather high in the draft and possibly not long after his two counterparts are picked.

All three teams meeting with Verrett have a need in the secondary, but should the Cardinals add him to one that already includes Patrick Peterson and Antonio Cromartie, then they could end up with the best cornerback trio in the NFL.
