After one of the more successful college careers in recent memory, Northern Illinois QB Jordan Lynch is now looking to make an NFL roster as a rookie, he hopes via way of the 2014 NFL Draft next month. The only problem is, not many teams see him as a pro-level signal caller, and to combat that, he has worked out at other positions, including a little bit on the defensive side of the ball as a safety.

No matter what position he ends up playing, though, Lynch has some high hopes for his first season in the NFL, even going so far as to say that he wants to win the Rookie of the Year Award in his first season.

"“I want to play in the NFL for 10 or so years,” Lynch told CSNChicago. “I want to come in and win Rookie of the Year."

While, no, Lynch might not be suitable at quarterback, you can never knock the young man’s determination to succeed on the football field, and it seems as if there is nothing that can stop him from reaching his goals, no matter where on the field he has to reach them from.
