In the 2014 NFL Draft, the St. Louis Rams could be looking to beef up their defense a little more to combat the tremendous offenses in the NFC West, and on Friday, they’re exploring that option as they’re hosting a visit with Missouri defensive end, Kony Ealy.
Mizzou DE Kony Ealy visiting Rams today. SInce he grew up in St. Louis, it's considered local visit, meaning he's allowed to work out.

Ealy was a bit overshadowed in college by his defensive line mate, Michael Sam, who won the SEC Defensive Player of the Year last season, but leading up to the draft, Ealy has thoroughly impressed scouts more than Sam has and has the potential to be gone in the first round.
While he is projected somewhat high by some, they certainly won’t select him with the second overall pick which they have this season, so if they do fall in love with the thought of having him on their defense after this visit, a trade may have to be in order.
