On Tuesday night, Bartolo Colon, who has experienced a career resurgence during the past season and change dominated the Atlanta Braves en route to a 4-0 victory.

Not sure of how to celebrate after Colon returned to the dugout, he decided to wrap his hands around his waste and give his belly fat a jiggle, which of course brought some smiles and laughs from his teammates.

Your guess is as good as mine.

The rather chunky Colon has always embarrassed his spare tire so it only made sense to give it some props after it helped him through a humid Georgia evening.

Hopefully this will become a new thing for Colon. It would certainly be a lot more creative (and more amusing) on-field celebration than some fellow pitchers (namely relievers) like to whip out after they do something positive on the diamond.

For now though it appears to be reserved as nothing more than a one-time dugout dance. Here’s to hoping we see the Colon belly fat jiggle far more often this season.
