With less than a month until the 2014 NFL draft, it’s that time of year when teams send out smoke screens and feelers to throw other teams off the scent of the direction they are heading with their first round pick.

With the Houston Texans and St. Louis Rams, owners of the first two picks, throwing it out there that they could move their pick, we now have the Jacksonville Jaguars who could put a ‘for sale’ sign on the No. 3 overall pick, according to Dan Pompei of The Bleacher Report.

"“The Jags have made it known they could put a “for sale” sign on the third pick of the draft depending on developments. Another team probably would not move up to No. 3 without knowing who is going first and second, so at this point it’s just a matter of sending out feelers.”"

With no clear-cut franchise quarterback in this year’s draft, it may be tough to find a suitor to move up, but the big fish in this year’s class is former South Carolina Gamecocks defensive end Jadeveon Clowney who would be a coveted commodity should the unthinkable happen and he slips to the third pick.
