With the NBA Draft just months away and the deadline for underclassmen to declare just days away, a lot of attention is starting to be focused on Kentucky and what the Wildcats’ band of freshman stars will do. While it’s believed that Julius Randle and James Young will declare, there are still questions about the future of Andrew and Aaron Harrison.

According to ESPN analyst Chad Ford, both the Harrison twins have talked about declaring for the draft all year long and they’re expected to do so before next Tuesday.

Per Chad Ford:

"The Harrison twins have wanted to leave all year, according to multiple sources around the twins, but their draft stock made them iffy first-rounders. While they improved their stock, I’m not sure it’s to the point that they are clear first-rounders. Andrew probably has the most claim, but he’s not a lock. Another year at Kentucky would help"

Their stock is rather low and returning for another season truly seems to be in their best interest. Right now Aaron Harrison is being mocked slightly higher than his brother but there’s a real possibility that neither of them are picked in the first round.

Staying another year could result in the twins going one-two in the 2015 NBA Draft, but it’s likely they would rather get their NBA careers started this summer.
