The New Orleans Saints have some work to do in order to fill the holes created this offseason and to make sure they get back tot he postseason in 2014. One way to shore up the holes created is to draft well and that has the Saints looking at some under-the-radar prospects like Alabama wide receiver Kevin Norwood.
I'm told #Saints are definitely interested in Alabama WR Kevin Norwood. Read @nfldraftscout's latest tweets to understand why.

And that tweet would be this one:
It's so easy to focus on speed, height, upside and the "wow" factor, but Kevin Norwood is just a damn good football player.

Norwood just seems like the type of player the Saints always happen into when they’re drafting prospects. Nick Toon, Kenny Stills and so many others have the same sort of appeal that Norwood does in that they’re not superstar athletes but they’re solid enough to get the job done in Drew Brees’ offense.
And getting the job done n Drew Brees’ offense translates to lots of touchdowns and plenty of winning.
