At a time when everyone is willing to sound off on Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel and share their thoughts on whether or not he will succeed at the next level, it is only natural for a Pro Football Hall of Famer to give their opinion.

Dane Brugler of CBS Sports spoke with former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman on Wednesday, and Aikman had some great things to say about Johnny Football.

There seems to be no middle ground with Manziel.

You either believe that he will be able to have a special career or that he will earn the “bust” label, but many former NFL signal-callers seem to believe the former Aggies star has what he needs to excel in the pros.

Manziel is one of the handful of prospects being considered by the Houston Texans with the No. 1 overall pick of the 2014 NFL Draft, so we will have to wait and see if they feel the same way about Manziel as Aikman.
