It’s all but guaranteed at this point that Michigan State cornerback Darqueze Dennard will be the first at his position taken off the board in the NFL Draft next month. But, who goes after him?

According to both Charles Davis and Daniel Jeremiah of the NFL Network, that distinction should go to former Ohio State Buckeyes shutdown corner, Bradley Roby.

Other top options include Oklahoma State’s Justin Gilbert and TCU’s Jason Verrett, but in the end, the two experts agree that Roby should be next in line following Dennard.

At the NFL Scouting Combine back in February, Roby put up a 4.37 in the 40-yard dash and wowed some scouts in the process with his execution of the drills. He followed that up with a solid performance at the Ohio State Pro Day last month in Columbus.

There are still a few weeks left until the Draft, but right now it appears that Roby will definitely be headed out in the first round.
