While there has been some discussion about just how far Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater could fall in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Jacksonville Jaguars, who hold the No. 3 overall pick, are doing more research on the player who was initially the consensus No. 1 quarterback.

According to Josina Anderson of ESPN.com, the Jaguars and Bridgewater will be having a second meeting and workout over the weekend.

It is certainly an intriguing nugget of news and could hint that Bridgewater’s stock is not falling as much as many are believing, but it could also mean that the team is doing their research in case Bridgewater falls so they will know whether or not it would be worth it to trade back in to the first-round.

We are just under three weeks until the draft and there is still no team that has tipped their hand in what direction they will go, so we will just have to wait and see how it all plays out.
