The Indiana Pacers might be one of the most shaky one seeds ever entering the NBA’s postseason and the hope is that Indiana will be able to exercise those demons and have a productive playoff campaign.

But if the team struggles and is bounced out earlier than the Eastern Conference Finals, big changes could be on the way according to Sam Amico of Fox Sports.

"So which team are the Pacers? If the answer is the team that everyone feared prior to March, then they will go places. If the answer is something else, the something we saw the past 25 or so games, then be prepared. This summer could result in some big changes. And nobody who cares about this team wants to go down that road."

Both George Hill and Paul George are signed long term and neither is likely to go any place via a trade, so that leads to speculation that it could be a player like David West or Roy Hibbert (both of whom have been very vocal about the Pacers struggles) could be on the chopping block if the Pacers struggle.

That’s all speculation at this point and if the Pacers play well, it’s nothing but a moot point moving forward.
