After holding off a furious Memphis Grizzlies’ rally for a game 1 victory, the Oklahoma City Thunder are once again playing host to the Grizzlies in game 2.
Unlike game 1, the Thunder did not get off to an 8-0 lead and build a huge lead this time around. In fact, the Memphis Grizzlies have a 46-43 lead at the half.
That has not stopped the Thunder from creating a few highlights. On one particular play, Russell Westbrook grabs a rebound and shows off his speed, sprinting down the court all the way to the rim. Westbrook can’t connect on the layup, but Serge Ibaka grabs the rebounds and throws down a thunderous dunk.
Although Westbrook could not finish on this play, he is having a huge game for the Thunder and is the only player in double figures. Westbrook has 17 points on six-of-10 shooting from the field and five-of-six shooting from the free throw line to go with three assists and two rebounds. Ibaka has nine points on four-of-eight shooting, six rebounds and three blocked shots.
