The Denver Broncos defense is looking to be one of the more ferocious units in football this year and part of that has to do with two very specific players coming together on the field. When the Broncos signed DeMarcus Ware just hours after the Cowboys boneheadedly released him, everyone in the NFL was envisioning what a defense with both Ware and Von Miller will look like.

Ware may have just arrived with the Broncos, but Troy E. Renck of The Denver Post writes that he is already setting up a lasting legacy through Von Miller. As Renck puts it, Ware is ‘passing on knowledge’ to Miller on how to become an elite pass rusher which is a huge bonus for the Broncos and a headache waiting to happen for everyone else.

Miller has had his struggles on and off the field but he’s still a wildly gifted player who has the potential to become the next DeMarcus Ware — and who better to learn that from than DeMarcus Ware.
