Johnny Manziel is the marquee name for the 2014 NFL draft that is now only two weeks away with the former Texas A&M Aggies quarterback linked to nearly every team from the Houston Texans at No. 1 to the Dallas Cowboys at No. 16 and virtually every place in between.
While some scouts are mixed on his talent level and how his skills translate to the NFL, his marketability and star power has never been in question and that is one primary reason why the Cleveland Browns will take him at No. 4, according to Fox Sports’ Peter Schrager.
I believe the Browns will take Manziel if he's there. Haslam did not buy this team for $1 billion to see them be irrelevant. He's the pick.

And make no mistake about it, this pick isn't Ray Farmer's and Mike Pettine's. The owner will have some say in who the Browns select 4th.

This reasoning is why Manziel could be gone to the Jacksonville Jaguars who pick one spot ahead of the Browns, but if he is on the board when Cleveland is on the clock, it would make great business sense for the Browns to take Manziel and help sell tickets and jerseys considering the team has struggled mightily at filling the position and have a need for a face of the franchise.
