The Wisconsin Badgers and head coach Bo Ryan got some great news on Friday as one of the top performers from this past season’s Final Four team will be coming back as Frank Kaminsky has decided that he will be returning to Madison for his junior season.

Kaminsky was pivotal for the Badgers in their deep run through the NCAA Tournament, especially with his clutch shooting late in some games that the Badgers desperately needed.

There was speculation in recent weeks that Kaminsky may he heading off to the NBA Draft, but in the end he has decided that one more season was necessary with Wisconsin.

“It was a tough decision, but I think the best thing for me is to stay another year and develop even more,” the 7-footer told ESPN.com on Friday afternoon. “I made a commitment to the school and I don’t think I can turn my back on the people who have been there for me.”

The Badgers now will most certainly be considered one of the favorites in the Big Ten next year, if not the definitive favorite.
