As if the NFL Draft wasn’t already a long enough event, it may be getting just a little bit more dragged out. While the event is three days as it stands now, with the first-round getting it’s ow special day, NFL Network’s Jeff Darlington is reporting that the league is considering a fourth day just because we all really need that to happen in our lives.

The league will at least be keeping the draft at just seven rounds, as part of the problem with drafts over the last 30 years is that they used to contain so many more rounds. That won’t be affected here but the fact that the NFL Draft is becoming more and more dragged out over more and more days means it’s only a matter of time before it’s a week long primetime event.
