It was a slow day int he NFL post the schedule release but it was a busy day for the agents of A.J. Jefferson and Armanti Edwards as both players have workouts scheduled with the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks this week. According to Adam Caplan of ESPN.com, the Seahawks have enough interest in both players to bring them in for workouts, but the likelihood of deals coming their way is still unknown.

Both workouts will be interesting to watch as of they make the team, there’s a chance that their careers could be revived by Pete Carroll and Dan Quinn. For Edwards, he may be the next big target that steps in and produces for Russell Wilson and for Jefferson, just being associated with the Legion of Boom is a good thing.

Neither player has set the world on fire, but both are clearly talented enough for the Seahawks to see if they can’t tap whatever potential they have left.
