The Vanderbilt Commodores already have one commitment for the class of 2015 in 3-star shooting guard Cameron Justice. The 6’2, 175-pounder who attends Knott County Central High School in Hindman, Kentucky, gave his pledge to the Commodores just over a week ago.

On Tuesday, they added their second commitment, getting a pledge from 4-star small forward Joseph Toye, who took to twitter to announce his decision.

The 6’7, 190-pound Toye is from Indiana but attends the La Lumiere School in Chicago, Illinois. Toye was offered by the Commodores on January 4 and took an unofficial visit to Vanderbilt in March. He visited the Iowa Hawkeyes, a school he is very interested in two days later. However, the Vanderbilt coaches headed to Chicago to see Toye last week and that helped seal the deal.

Toye is ranked as the 18th-best small forward prospect in the country, the third-best overall prospect in the state of Indiana and the 88th-best overall prospect in the class of 2015, according to 24/7 Sports’ composite rankings.

Toye chose the Commodores over the Hawkeyes, Auburn Tigers, Creighton Blue Jays and Missouri Tigers, among others.
