The NFL Draft is just eight days away now, and it’s time to get ready to figure out just who will go to one of the teams in that coveted top 1o. One of those prospects is former Texas A&M quarterback and Heisman winner, Johnny Manziel. In anticipation of the upcoming festivities, Manziel has been honored with gracing the cover of this year’s Sports Illustrated NFL Draft preview issue.

Manziel has been considered a near lock to be taken in the top 10 since he announced his decision to leave the Aggies following his redshirt sophomore year last season.

Johnny Football burst onto the scene in his freshman season of 2012 where he first made his mark on the game by defeating the Alabama Crimson Tide early on in the season, an Alabama team that would go on to win the national championship later that year. He rode the wave of that momentum all the way to the Heisman.

As of right now, there are a few teams that are said to be interested in acquiring the services of the most high-profile college football player of all time, including the Houston Texans who own the number one pick.
