It appears that former Texas Longhorns National Champion quarterback Vince Young is getting another shot at the NFL and he’ll getting that shot from the Cleveland Browns. According to NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport, the Browns have inked Young and fellow quarterback Tyler Thigpen to contracts that will allow them to continue trying to make the final 53 man roster.

Young has bounced around a few different places since the Tennessee Titans moved on from him a few years ago and he hasn’t managed to latch on anywhere. He didn’t make it with the Eagles, the Bills disposed of him rather quickly and the Packers had him for about five minutes.

He may still have talent, but the road to redemption is far from being paved for Young. There’s hope though that the fifth time is the charm.
