San Francisco 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith has been relatively quiet since making a fake bomb threat at an airport and being arrested on April 13th. Smith has been silent since than and broke his silence on Twitter sending out a message early Tuesday morning.

The 49ers exercised their fifth year option on Smith, raising his salary to $9.754 million in 2015. Apparently the 49ers weren’t too concerned with Smith’s behavior and on going legal problems and potential suspension from the NFL.
