The Minnesota Vikings could be in the market for a quarterback and have been very interested in former Central Florida Knights’ quarterback Blake Bortles. Another quarterback in former Texas A&M Aggies’ Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Mazniel or a player like UCLA Bruins’ pass rusher Anthony Barr, Pittsburgh Panthers’ defensive tackle Aaron Donald or even a defensive back like former Michigan State Spartans’ Thorpe Award winner Darqueze Dennard could be the pick at 8.
According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the Vikings will also consider former Alabama Crimson Tide linebacker C.J. Mosley.
. @RapSheet believes Vikings will consider C.J. Mosley at No. 8. Also sees Packers as a potential fit if he’s there.

The Denver Broncos have been reportedly been targeting Mosley while the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens have supposedly shown the most interest in the former Crimson Tide star so far. The Green Bay Packers have also been brought up in conversation with Mosley, but it doesn’t seem all that likely he will still be available when the Packers’ 21st overall pick comes up.
Mosley made 108 tackles with 9.0 coming for loss last season.
