On Thursday night, we will find out for sure where each of the 2014 NFL Draft prospects will come home when they begin their professional careers, but there are already a handful of players that feel they know where they will be playing at the next level.

For Oregon State wide receiver Brandin Cooks, the New York Jets are a team he believes will draft him and he sees it as a great fit.

“We’ve been talking a lot on and off,” Cooks said. “I took a visit. I think the visit went great. It’s one of those things. I feel like they’re pushing for me, but who knows?

“It’s an amazing fit. I feel like they’re on the rise. They’re doing great things. I just feel like they need to add one more thing to their package. I feel like if they had a speed receiver they’d be complete. We’ll see.”

The Jets have been looking to improve their wide receiver corp and they took one step forward by signing Eric Decker in free agency, but they could still use a speedy option that will fill in the slot. Cooks would be perfect for that role.

Whether or not the Jets make Cooks their pick remains to be seen, but he appears poised to be a Day 1 selection.

If Cooks slides past New York, the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs could be very possible options.
