We’re in the 11th hour before the first-round of the NFL Draft kicks off and things start to get  messy with trades, intensified smokescreens and teams changing their minds on prospects at the last minute. One team folks have been keeping a very close eye on in recent weeks are the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as they’ve been tied to Johnny Manziel.

There are conflicting reports out of One Buc Place about who management wants and who Lovie Smith wants, but it’s clear that Manziel is in the conversation and he may end up in Tampa Bay by the end of the night. According to Yahoo! investigative journalist Charles Robinson, his time spent following the Manziel situation has led him to believe the Buccaneers will find a way to draft Johnny Football on Thursday night.

It’s hard to say what the Bucs will really do, but it’s also hard to argue against a guy ho makes a living getting scoops like this through his skills as a investigative journalist. It’s not your conventional draft expert, but if the signs are pointing towards the Buccaneers drafting Manziel, then we could very well see Johnny Football take his talents to Florida.
