The Minnesota Vikings traded down one spot in the Top 10 to draft linebacker Anthony Barr, but everyone was watching them to see if they’d trade back up and take a quarterback at the end of the first round. With the last pick of the night on the clock, the Vikings moved into the first round thanks to the Seattle Seahawks and drafted Teddy Bridgewater to round out the evening.
Bridgewater was likely going to be taken with the first pick of the Houston Texans in the second round so the Vikings simply jumped them and took Bridgewater in Round one. Given the laughable quarterback play for the Vikings as of late, fans on Twitter were mrs than happy to welcome in another quarterback to be the leader of the future.
With the 32nd pick in the NFL Draft the Minnesota Vikings have selected QB Teddy Bridgewater!

#Vikings trade back into 1st round for 3rd straight year. Can only hope Teddy Bridgewater's as good as Harrison Smith, Cordarrelle Patterson
