NFL Draft first round results 2014: Green Bay Packers select Ha Ha Clinton-Dix with No. 21 pick

The Green Bay Packers weren’t a team we were looking at as trading up and that’s exactly what they didn’t do, as they stood at No. 21 overall and decided to let the chips fall to them. They had some players they were targeting come off the board but there was plenty there to help the Packers on defense which was what they hoped would happen.

Green Bay didn’t move around, didn’t trade their pick ended up very wisely drafting Ha Ha Clinton-Dix from Alabama with the No. 21 overall pick.

The pick makes a lot of sense for the Packers as it gives them someone who can fill a big hole on the roster that they needed shored up in the long haul.

What do you think about the Packers selecting Ha Ha Clinton-Dix No. 21 overall? Sound off in the comments section and let your opinion be heard.
