After drafting former Florida State Seminoles’ quarterback E.J. Manuel in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Bills tried to get him some help by trading up to drafted former Clemson Tigers’ wide receiver Sammy Watkins.
They did not select a quarterback at any point, but still wanted to add someone to at least compete during camp and work with some of the young wide receiver.
On Monday, they did just that.
According to David Wilkinson, a sports anchor for 10TV in Columbus, Ohio, former Ohio State Buckeyes’ quarterback Kenny Guiton has accepted an invitation to Buffalo Bills’ camp.
Just got off the phone with Kenny Guiton's agent who informed me Guiton has accepted invite to #Bills camp this week. #Buckeyes

Guiton was excellent filling in for an injured Braxton Miller for the Buckeyes last season. He completed 75 of 109 passes for 749 yards with 14 touchdowns and two interceptions. He was also fantastic running the ball, gaining 330 yards and scoring five more touchdowns on just 40 attempts (8.3 yards per carry).
