New York Giants OTA and minicamp schedule for 2014
By Jack Crosby
After being called Super Bowl contenders prior to the season beginning, and rightfully so whenever Tom Coughlin and Eli Manning are involved, the New York Giants had one of the worst season in recent memory, finishing 7-9 and on the bottom of most of the offensive rankings, especially with the way Manning struggled throughout the campaign.
The team is hoping that 2014 can be a lot different, and that all start with the offseason training and minicamps which will get underway shortly, and here’s a look at the schedule for the Giants this year.
OTA offseason workouts: May 28-30, June 2-3, June 5, June 9-10, June 12-13
Mandatory minicamp: June 17-19
Manning had trouble with interceptions last season, however this past weekend in the NFL Draft, the team went out and got him some help in the passing department in the form of former LSU wide receiver Odell Beckham, which should be able to spread things out a bit more for Manning to get the ball around.
