June is expected to be a big month for Apple.  As the company prepares for the World Wide Developers Conference, the amount of news presented could be overwhelming.

One expectation is that Apple’s new iOS 8 will include high-definition audio playback, further enhancing the music listening experience.  The report by Japanese website Macotakara brings forth the exciting new feature.  Also to be expected, is the thought that Apple could in fact be developing headphones as well as lightning connectors capable of utilizing the new functionality to its fullest extent.

While it is not currently possible to play HD audio is iOS 7, Apple is close to acquiring Beats and with this news paired together, it is easy to see that Apple is targeting to bring a very impressive music experience to the consumer.

With the acquisition of Beats looking imminent, Apple could also rely on the headphones supplier to design the newest headphones bundled with their phone and tablet products.  iOS 8 is expected to be introduced in June at Apple’s WWDC.
