The St. Louis Rams drafting Tre Mason last weekend seems to have given them a logjam at running back, but the team has made a move to fix that. As we learned last night, the Rams waived Daryl Richardson and the question now becomes if he’ll get picked up anytime soon.
According to Jason La Canfora from CBSSports, the Ravens are considering a waiver claim on Richardson to help give them depth at running back.
Inerested to see if the Ravens place a waiver claim on Daryl Richardson. They’re at least considering it. More NFL talk ahead @1057TheFan

There were talks of the Ravens going high on a running back this year in the draft but none of that ended up coming to fruition. Richardson may not be a star running back, but he’s no one to just cast aside either — well, unless you’re the Rams.
St. Louis saw spurts out of Richardson and he has some talent, so there’s hope that the Ravens or someone else will give him another chance.
