The Aaron Hernandez case continues to develop into stranger avenues nearly every other week. This time, investigators are seeking out the tattoo artists that worked on Hernandez’s right forearm in the belief that the tattoos may reveal clues relating to the 2012 double murder case.

Here are the quotes from Deadspin:

"Investigators are seeking to speak with any tattoo artists who provided Hernandez with specific tattoos on his right forearm between February 2012 and June 2013 as witnesses in the ongoing homicide case, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.During that time Hernandez is known to have traveled to Hermosa Beach, Calif.; Bristol, Conn.; Palm Beach and Miami, Fla; Boston and Rhode Island, but prosecutors are open to speaking with anyone who tattooed Hernandez’ right forearm during those 17 months."

Apparently, the investigators in the case believe that Hernandez memorialized the shootings of Daniel Abreu and Safiro Furtado with some sort of tattoo on his arm. While there is no word as to what exactly they are looking for, it is safe to assume that it would be some sort of cryptic message that only Hernandez and the tattoo artist would be able to reveal.

Hernandez has a full arm tattoo sleeve on both his right and left arms. To the naked and untrained eye, there is seemingly nothing suspicious regarding the tattoos.
