A website called Retro Buffalo is raising money to for the Hunter’s Hope Foundation, a foundation working toward treatments and a cure for Krabbe & Leukodystrophies as well as pushing for newborn screenings in order to detect these diseases.

The shirt, which was personally approved by Kelly, features Jim Kelly on a blue shirt with his arms raised in the air with the phrase “Kelly Tough” underneath. You can check out the shirt for yourself in the image below.

Kelly, who is battling cancer in the jaw, recently finished chemotherapy for the disease, and is hoping to be cancer free in the near future.
